Doesn't offer any particular clues as to a specific use then - Marconi could have had any number of reasons for charging such a battery bank!

24V battery charging, probably radio but maybe also seagoing comm's kit?

Take pic either using a suitable resolution or resizing to give around 200 KB file size, then attach using 'attach files' in additional options' field below text entry field.
