Post Good Afternoon from North Hertfordshire

Thank you for accepting me into your forum.

My interest in Stationary Engines, actually stems from my interest in the products of D Wickham & Co. Ltd of Ware, Hertfordshire.

I run the Wickham of Ware Facebook, Flickr & Yahoo! Groups and this has led me to form The Rail Trolley Trust (http://www.railtrolleytrust.co.uk/), however to properly tell the story of Wickhams, my study and indeed collecting now encompasses other equipment they manufactured.

I have so far purchased a Ruston & Hornsby 1VTH powered Lift & Flush Pump, a JAP 2A powered Lift & Flush Pump and most recently a Villiers powered Lift & Flush Pump. I also have a Lister / Petter powered Wickham Genie Pump.

Welcome aboard from another rail enthusiast, I think I traveled every mile of rail on the IOM during the 90's and will have to look if I took any photo's of the Wickham trolley during my visits.

Stuart.
