Better choice

There are quite a few around that size to be fair. Be certain though that your engine has a 14mm head and not the 18mm head.

Something like this one if 18mm

I'd say that was an A1 tank and not an A tank as the A tanks normally doesn't have a seam in the middle and has a brass screw cap rather than a 1/4 turn Ali one...

Also the A has its brackets welded on....

I have a starting handle for a Petter A and a tank cap to fit your existing tank.
However, as Paul has offered first, you should talk to him first.

NGK. B7HS is probably a better bet. Even though they sometimes have a long reach thread they run better with a short reach plug.

If it is an A and not an A1 then it'll be a 18mm plug I expect anyway so a D21 will be good.
