Default Sticking rings

Hello all.
I've got a bit of a problem that I hope I can get some help with.
I'm taking 3 engines to Kettering Rally this weekend and one is my Weeks orchard sprayer,I've not touched it for over a year and due to time restrains I've just fetched it out of the shed and found that its got no compression.a quick check of the valves and they are not stuck and working.
Which leads me to think that the rings are gumed up and sticking in the piston.are there any quick fixes.a sqirt of oil in the bore has resulted in some but not a lot of compression, and I dont have time for a complete stripdown.

Regards
Phil.
Ps I know a quick fix is not the correct route to follow but it's all time will allow for now.

What did we put in our engines as lads to decoke them, we would have to find a field in the middle of nowhere because of the smoke created whilst running the engine.

Could just be a dry bore, squirt of oil down the bore should give enough compression to start it and then it should be ok after a short run
