Default Kingsfold/Horsham Show

Passes arrived today, we've booked both Rustons in for the weekend, I believe that Ruston Hornsby will be the featured engines this year.

23rd / 24th September, A24 between Horsham and Dorking.

I believe you are correct. Was planning on going as Henham is out for me this year but unfortunately I have an idiot of a neighbour who has the cheek to turn 50 that week and have a party that weekend so apparently even though he's not particularly high on my "friendship list" I have to flaming go to the party.

My passes arrived today too.
I am taking my 1HR and an alternator. I am looking forward to this rally. Do they allow tents behind the engines or do they have to go elsewhere?

Yup my passes arrived today as well, looking forward to it

How does this club sales tent thing work, if your not a club member ?
Don't want to rally it, but would like to sell my Ruston 6PB, if I can get it there.

Neil.

Don't need to be a member to sell in the tent just need to put a price & you name on whatever you are selling, they enter it into the book & take, I think 10% of the sale price for the club.

Haven't had my passes though, but not surprising as I still didn't get any for Orsett!

Dan.

We parked up against the fence by the access road, but there were plenty of caravans in the line-up, or line-ups.

If it's done like the "1000" then non-members can use the service as well - just turn up with your item, give them a price and leave a mobile number in case haggling is required. Obviously a small percentage goes to club funds.

EDIT; Just seen Si has already said much the same.

What are you showing - I'd like to say hi.

Booked in with the Fairbanks Morse but still can't get it to run right. Might phone Lynne and say is it okay to bring my PT but I have some problems with that at the moment. I'm hoping to take the Fairbanks though.
