Default Kawasaki Outboard.

I have never seen one of these before have you?
I missed it on an eBay auction but being local I arranged to view it.
Well I just had to have it at his starting price of 35 when I saw it as it weighs 11 1/2 pounds (almost the weight of a pair of oars) and started from cold at first pull.
This is really a Kawasaki strimmer but I think it has been adapted with a kit to make it into an outboard motor...... Any thoughts? Chris.

Thats an interesting thing, wonder if it's an aftermarket kit, or is it Kawasaki thing.

Don't think it is a Kawasaki product, okay the engine is a Kawasaki and looks like a member of the KT12 family.

When I was working, we used to gets lots of people ringing up saying they had a Kawasaki brushcutter, but all they had was a Kawasaki engine fitted to some far eastern machine. Kawasaki didn't start selling brushcutters under their own name until around 1995 ish.
