Default Lister D cement mixer

My latest project.it needs a little work and a few parts (see my wanted post)
I'm not sure of the maker but it has a lot of fratures found on a Parker plant mixer

I collected the mixer today.I've got a bit of work to do!! Everything is free but no compression,could just be a stuck valve.and there is spark from the mag of sorts
I will have a good look round it tomorrow and up date my wanted post.
The engine was supplied to Frederick Parker in Leicester on the 19/071939 so the mixer was probably built just before the outbreak of WW2
