1 can will be fine i use one can for 2 or more lister d's

depends on how many coats you are using
You should get two coats out of it (i think)

one litre normally last me for a few engines and a couple of pumps.........

Ah, that OK then! It wasn't that cheap as it's 180C heat resistant and I was a little worried I'd have to buy some more. It recomends two coats so I will do that and see what it looks like.

No you won't! 1 ltr is enough to put 10 coats on a small engine.

My tin will do about 7-8 coats but i thought that is was 5l (for some reason)
it is actually 1 litre
Yours will be fine!
