Default Villiers Services

Hello,

Has anyone had any issues with Villiers Services?

I have been waiting for a item to be delivered since the 20th, I have had the confirmation email but nothing since, I have tried to contact them via email a few times but have had no response.

Funny thing is a item I ordered from ebay from them later in the day turned up on the following Saturday.

Well it took a PayPal dispute before they replied, turned out they were out of stock, but 2 week later one is on its way.

Well the part arrived damaged.... the brass button for the coil was dislodged and unable to re-solder back on as there is too little wire left to solder it to.

Not good enough really Steve. Never tried them, I always use George Shead and yes, I know some folk have had 'issues' with him (don't wish to start a debate on that either) but he has always been right enough with me. I phone him direct though rather than rely on emails.

Villiers Services site LOOKS good though, and prices seem reasonable, the Horticultural lads use John Cruse at The Mower Centre in Hailsham and speak well of him. I priced a coil from him and it was sensibly priced, however I used George in the end as I wanted several other items as well.

Hope you get it all sorted, annoying though.

Indeed, could of got one off Andrew easy enough, but was inpatient and used a webpage instead of waiting to hear from Andrew... live and learn.

Would call but phone is broke at the moment.
