Default Virus or malware ?

Just logged in again after a brief lay off and when I googled the site it showed a message that this site had been hacked. Also, when I logged in I got a message from Avast virus protection of a potential virus or malware attacking. Part of the name is ****prize41***** which it sorted out. Anybody else seen either of these problems ?

Yes, this site has been hacked some time ago.
Click on the url to open it and I get a message to say that some sort of virus or malware has been detected. Hit return, click on the site again and it will open OK. Happens every time. I'm using Sophos anti virus and it's a pretty good one, not given to false alarms.

I've not had any issues, I use AVAST and that's quick to tell me if somethings occurred. No issues except for being slow that is. Also use Malwarebytes.

Likewise; Avast and Malwarebytes, and no problems apparent or indicated.

Doubt any direct attacks were launched to our PCs, but I was wondering about our Data, I have noticed a spike in phishing emails being blocked by the spam filter.

As above, no problems with security at the moment, although there was an issue some while back, last year ?
But it is all either very slow, or completely unresponsive these days.
Fingers crossed it will actually post.

Neil.

I agree, very difficult to get on this site unless very early in the morning or sometimes mid afternoon. It's the only site I access with such a slow or non response time. I've had no malware warnings though.

No warnings here from Windoze Defender, the only thing I get is the "not secure" due to the site not having a https:// address.

As for the slow site, I tend to click a link then carry on using other sites and checking this forum every few minutes, hopefully things will improve once the transfer is completed?.
