Just curious about the RB cable excavator with the cast steel track frame, behind the donor engine there, That,s a collector's item for someone.
I am still harboring an operational 19RB dragline in my yard at present.

I don't know anything about the RB excavator, and I don't know if it is complete, I haven't seen it as the doner engine was delivered to me by one of the Museum volunteers.

Graham came down today so we pulled the liner. it is in good condition and can be bored out to accept the larger piston. Graham, a member here, took that, the head and valves, injector, and the piston home with him and will recondition those parts.

Now I will start on the base so it can be mounted and I can assemble it on the base, and make the water and fuel tanks. I have cleaned a lot of it up and it is starting to look like I am making progress.

Graham has made a liner pulling jig using a "Porter Power" so getting the liner out was a simple and quick operation.
