Default Wolseley WDI spark plug

What spark plug do you guys use in a wd1. The one I bought yesterday came with a champion
J8 short reach plug and it runs OK. I wondered if there was anything better. I tried a bp6es ngk plug but it did not run well.

I think Champion J8 is the originally specified plug for Wolseley WD1 / 2.

Wolseley WD's will usually run on what ever plug you put in the.somebody with more computer skills than I may be able to put a link up to an earlier thread about the same question.

Regards
Phil.
