Sadly I have only just seen your post - I have loads of Villiers manuals so could have saved you a few quid.
Try L&S Engineers or Meetens for parts,

Its nice to find a company that have a full contact list on there website!
Ive fired Meetens an email so fingures crossed them may have the parts im after :D
