Default Binton 2018

My local branch of NVTEC held their crank up today, it was quite well attended considering it's only the second year it's been run. About a dozen engines, lots of tractors and an assortment of cars, bikes and trucks.

That's what I thought, I haven't seen one on the rally field since the late '80 when one was rallied regular at Aldham rally.

I rallied mine at Aldham Rally direct driving a pump in the late 80's

I think this one was a stand alone unit, I can't remember a pump being involved.

The pump was directly attached to the crankshaft so it might have looked as if it was stand alone.

The Petter A1 was nicely turned out considering it had been bought off Ebay just over a week before where the description included "unsure if it works as it has been standing outside for a few years as a garden ornament"
