Nice looking pump, shame there is a crack around the fitting at the base of the right hand chamber.

Neil,
Tap the picture on ebay and it will appear on what every photo software you use, expand the picture and then look at the fitting.

But is it a crack or the imprint of an old flange in the remains of a gasket.
The one above it also shows a faint imprint in the old gasket.

It's not a V-twin arrangement. Looks like a parallel horizontal twin piston arrangement by the plugs on the end, with the outlet expansion/pulsation chambers at jaunty angles.
