Default Ransomes,Sims & Jefferies

I have a lister D 26DH that was sold to Ransomes in Jan 1944 I am trying to find out if anybody has or has access to Ransomes sales archive so I can find out what the engine was used for and to whom it was sold.
Can anybody help?

I think quite a lot of the Ransomes records are at the Museum of English Rural Life in Reading.
