Default Tiny Tim gasket

Hi Guys,
I am looking for a gasket set for the carb - sorry I dont know the make- for my Tiny Tim Engine.

The only markings that I could find on the carb are shown in the photo - a Z over an F with what looks like a small m on its side next to the Z

This is the disc on top of the carb - I dont know what the numbers etc mean I am afraid.

Here is a photo of the gasket that I need to replace.

Can anyone kindly advise me where I can obtain a carb gasket to replace the damaged one shown?
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
All the best,
Kev.

I think the carb is a Tillotson. Not that that is going to help you with a gasket set, I suspect you will end up cutting your own.

I made my own too... I doubt you'll ever find any gaskets for the tiny Tim. Just make sure you cut all the holes in the carb gasket and it'll run like a top

Hi Dan,
Thanks for that.
Could you kindly let me know what gasket material you used? Was it ,for example , one especialy for carbs?
All the best,
Kev.

Of course I'd never use anything other than proper gasket paper (e.g. http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_od...paper&_sacat=0 )
but in essence pretty much any papery type stuff of approximately the right thickness will do.

Yep flexoid... It's oil and fuel resistant. I think I used a .5 or .8mm thick.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for that.I have used Klingersil (c4324) gasket material before but it,to my inexperienced eyes, did not seem to be the right stuff to replace the carb gasket.
Thanks NHH for the ebay link.
Thanks Dan for the thickness guidance.
All the best,
Kev.
