Default lister d info

iv just started go to rebuild my lister d. it was built for lott and walne in dorchester. in march 1944. 187519 spec a26dh. my question does the a stand for on the spec. regards Darren

What direction does your engine run.

I thought they used letter R for reverse but I wonder if A was used for anti-clockwise ever?

well its clockwise rotation but that did cross my mind.
