This is very much down to the section steward. A good steward will know his regulars and know who the Mikey takers are. During his season of rallying he should be looking for exhibits for next year and inviting them to attend. he should also be looking at those interested in attending and if he does not think they are pulling their weight he should not invite them next year. At the end of the day all exhibits at a rally are there to entertain the public and encourage them to visit again next year. No matter what section you are in if you do not provide interest for the public you have no place on a rally field. Don't forget we have no right to exhibit at a rally and all of us have to prove our value to the rally.
