Very interesting,,and very clever

So, is this how a wood burning power station works,,,but running steam turbine instead of petrol/gas engine,,,or gas turbine

I think commercial power stations would just run a steam / turbine setup. I don't want to get into pressure vessels, expensive turbine parts and dealing with high speeds so I am just working with 'scrap heap challenge' type components (ie old car engine, gearbox, 22mm plumbing pipework etc)

Since my last post ages ago I have been very busy but have gathered together a few more bits. I was hoping to do a bit more on it this week but have decided to paint and assemble our Lister D which is another on going project... that is in the evenings... During the day I will be up the scaffolding sorting the house roof out.
