Thanks for the photos. Does it have the governor inside the housing?
Just wondering if it ever had a Stuart carb. Don't suppose there is a serial number anywhere?

Sorry not got back any sooner Peter been up to the neck in it will get some pictures to you this week and if you have anything down there which will help him out it will be very much appreciated just got him an instruction book and a mag for X mas so hopefully we can get on with it for him thanks again Ken

Looks like there is one on the top edge of the cylinder, not readable in the pic though. Would certainly be interesting to know more about it.
