Default From across the pond Greetings

Greetings from "The City Different " Santa Fe, New Mexico USA. Getting my feet wet with steam engines, Have Wilesco, Jensens, Weeden and Empires and a recent purchase of a vintage horizontal mill machine from Wales. That one I hope to find more about on the forum as I can't fine any info over here.
Have been to Britain, Ireland and Wales and hope to connect with my Welsh heritage that I just discovered on Ancestry.
Santa Fe is at 7,000 ft. and still in the desert so we blame everything on the altitude . Cheers Don Davis

Welcome to the forum Don. Whilst steam may not be our "core business", there are plenty of steam model owners on the forum. Amongst others, I have a Jensen #25 - an early one with the rivetted boiler. They are very uncommon in the UK; we are more accustomed to Mamod - in comparison the Jensen is a very fine quality "toy".

Hope you find something to interest you on the forum.

Martin
