There never seems to be a problem of any sorts to do with the engine/tractor side of the pickering rally, a good turn out and no shambles at all.

Cool Thoughts on Pickering

Well I guess the thing to do is exercise the option to vote with your feet, if you have been in the past and enjoyed it then go again with an open mind.

I really do not agree with individual profiteering and if I had personal awareness of this then it might well put me off, so from this point of view I can respect other peoples opinions.

However why deny yourself the opportunity to enjoy a good weekend ?, a certain phrase about cutting ones nose off to spite ones face springs to mind.

Cheers, Gerry.

Default umm

i havent been to pickering show for at least 10 years, used to be good but i always entered in the commercial vehicle section with the fire engine,

i think i might go this year. as a spectator and if i like it i might enter next year, under the stationary engine class if i can?

see you there!
