Hello I had my local machine man bore and fit liner into a 3.1/3 hp cs lister block a few years ago but for the life of me I can only remember that he got it from a long established firm in Derby....

Hello just had a look at my 1952 EG 3 and it has spark stamped into flywheel and I lined it with vertical casting on block with points just beginning to open
and that takes care of the mag timing....

Hello I can confirm that they were used by the GPO for roadside repairs on phone lines Continental motors made the three that I have 2 of mine are 12 volt I think is 24 volt I have not worked out...

Hello the only shanks info I have is for steam engines from 1937. There is a few engines in the Perth /Dundee area I am in that area week on Sunday I will ask around.
