I don't think its a Bradford Amanco. The Amanco engine is normally straight petrol whereas this is petrol/paraffin. Also the Amanco would normally have AMANCO MADE IN ENGLAND cast on the crank case...

Side markers should be orange, though the rear most can be red. Depends on overall length as to whether it needs them or not.

Don't use blue hylomar. There shouldn't be any gasket material between the 2 castings. If you fit some all you will do is cause the top casting to distort and eventually fail.
