Hole saw on low speed and take your time or get a cone drill thing and use that. I use good quality hole saws for anything I need to drill.

You would be best using a compound rather than sand and cement if it's only an inch thick, also wouldn't recommend doing it that way if the shed is made of wood. (Just saying, yours is tin)

Sounds like a lazy starter, had that on a tractor once, everything checked out OK but it was sluggish to start, new starter cured that.

Not really, I went down and had a look at them today, for a "biscuit tin" it was well made, felt like 4mm or 5mm channel chassis and the buck was 3mm. Paid my deposit...

1984, when I first got a ped on the road, petrol was 1.87 a gallon, y the time I got 2 squirts of 2stroke oil it was 2.30! Lot of money when I was on 26.50 a week!!
