I would go out on a limb and say its a Lister number 2 gear pump, I've got one at home and it's exactly the same. I'll try find some photos I had of it. The Lister name wasn't cast into any of the bits but the brass plate has the name, model and serial number etc.

I think it's mentioned earlier in the thread that the Lister ones were also made by Godwin

Unfortunately the chances are you will never know for sure what make it is.

Think I'm going to go with the Joseph Evans as the maker, as its the only maker that comes close with pictures I've looked at.
A few people have said Lister pumps, but haven't and cant find pics etc. to support that.
