Yes, that sounds the sort of thing I want, guy down here deals with a dealer in Belgium and I wondered what he can offer, tried emailing him, will have to phone him up I think.

A few hours work and some materials, surely a lot cheaper than the cost of a new trailer that might not be up to your needs.

I've looked at rebuilding my trailer, by the time I've bought all I need and then spent a day or 2 sorting it out it works out cheaper to buy another trailer. I can get an 8x4 four wheel trailer and change out of 800 quid. To me that's a no brainer.

If my life was more free time biased then I'd rebuild the one I've got now, it isn't so I'm not going to.

My old trailer really is destined for the scrap heap, it’s probably where it will end up eventually. I’ll keep my eye out for a Belgian, Dutch, German trailer as well as other makes.

Look on ebay for Paul's Trailers at Thetford, 6x4 trailer with cover change from 500 quid
